350 model truck mounted water well drilling rig is designed by our engineers. It is a kind of truck mounted drilling rig.

The truck chassis adopts the special Chang’an Heavy Vehicle 6×4.the transfer case, gearbox, double-winch unit, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, feed mechanism are set up on the chassis.

It is equipped with a 100kw three-phase generate set,when mains supply is available,drill rig can operate using the power supply directly. QY150G truck mounted drilling rig large torque, fast drilled footage and uses for deep well 400m,construction building, bridge foundation,high voltage line piling,wind power piling,geology mine,port and dock,dam foundation.

All the components of the rig, including the clutch drive hosing, the transmission case, the rotary table, the winches, the guide tension system, the derrick, the mud pump, the sub frame, and the operation system, are installed on DONGFENG, The main drive style is mechanical, and the control mechanism is partial hydraulic while partial mechanic.

 

We can install the spare electric engine and clutch implement according to client’s requirement, so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric engine.

We set up a generator which is convenient to illuminate or work at night.
